So, the plumber followed through! Though we did end up having to pay a flat "visit" rate (don't get James started!), at least we will hopefully have hot water by tomorrow morning. I can now sleep, and shower, in peace. On to the long weekend!

YAY!! I'm glad you have your warm water back. I don't know how those pioneers did it. :) Oh ya, and flat fee's are dumb.
flat fees sound REALLY dumb, I will take both of your words for it.
We're both excited to read up on your blog! They really have helped us stay in touch with people who live so far away.
